HeLa cells were co-transduced with CellLight® Nucleus-CFP and incubated overnight. Following staining with MitoTracker® Deep Red, cells were imaged on a Zeiss 710 confocal microscope.

Human epidermal keratinocytes, neonatal, (HEKn) were transduced with CellLight® Actin-RFP and imaged on a Zeiss LSM confocal microscope after over night incubation.
