A twofold dilution series of Escherichia coli 16S and 23S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) that has been electrophoresed on a nondenaturing 1% agarose gel and then stained with our SYBR® Green II RNA gel stain (Cat. no. S7564, S7568, S7586). Gel staining was visualized with 254 nm epi-illumination.
