Human neutrophil nuclei stained with SYTO® 13 live-cell nucleic acid stain (Cat. no. S7575). The photo was acquired using an optical filter appropriate for fluorescein, and differential interference contrast (DIC) sequentially in a Nikon Eclipse E800 microscope.
