Cells were fixed and permeabilized, then labeled with anti–human Golgin-97 polyclonal antibody (Cat. no. A21270) and detected using HRP-conjugated goat anti–mouse IgG antibody and Alexa Fluor® 546 tyramide, which are components of the TSA Kit #3 (Cat. no. T20913). The nuclei were counterstained using DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490). The images were acquired using filters appropriate for DAPI and Alexa Fluor® 546 and processed using MetaMorph software from Universal Imaging Corp.
