Extracts of HeLa cells spiked with chicken gizzard myosin II left untreated (5) or phosphorylated in vitro by PAK (1-4, 6) were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% Tris-glycine gel and transferred to PVDF. The membrane was incubated with the MLC [pS19] Polyclonal Antibody, Rabbit (Cat. No. 44260G).
