Fixed and permeabilized muntjac skin fibroblasts stained with an anti–a-tubulin antibody, an anti-paxillin antibody and an anti–cdc6 peptide antibody to label tubulin, adhesion points and the nucleus, respectively.

Fixed and permeabilized muntjac skin fibroblasts stained with an anti–a-tubulin antibody (Cat. no. A11126), an anti-paxillin antibody and an anti–cdc6 peptide antibody (Cat. no. A21286) to label tubulin, adhesion points and the nucleus, respectively. The anti–a-tubulin antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Fluorescein Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25042), the anti-paxillin antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25002) and the anti–cdc6 peptide antibody was prelabeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 350 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25000). Signals from fluorescein and Alexa Fluor® 488 dye were imaged before and after photobleaching for 32 minutes. Signal remaining after 32 minutes was assumed to be that of the Alexa Fluor® 488 dye and was pseudocolored yellow in this image.
