BODIPY® FL hydrazide (Cat. no. D2371) loaded into CRE BAG 2 cells with the aid of the Influx™ pinocytic cell-loading reagent (Cat. no. I14402). The existing endosomes were then counterstained with LysoTracker® Red DND-99 (Cat. no. L7528) to demonstrate the selective rupture of only the Influx™ reagent–induced pinocytic vesicles. The double-exposure image was acquired using bandpass filters appropriate for fluorescein and the Texas Red® dye.
