Samples were acquired and analyzed using 405 nm excitation and 522/31 nm band pass emission filters on an Attune® Acoustic Focusing Cytometer (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA). The histogram shows cells stained with CD4 Mouse Anti-Human Pacific Green™ Conjugate (black line), and unstained cells (gray line).
