Human mononuclear cells were stained with an anti-CD3 antibody and detected with the Pacific Green™ goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) *highly cross-adsorbed* (Cat. no. P11204). Samples were acquired and analyzed using 405 nm excitation and a 522/31 band pass emission filter using the Attune® Acoustic Cytometer Blue/Violet option (Life Technologies, Carlsbad CA).
