Flow cytometric analysis of Human ICAM1 (CD54) in HUVEC cells. HUVEC cells (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells) were either treated with TNF-a (50ng/ml,18 hours) (right panel) or untreated (left panel). The cells were harvested and stained with purified human ICAM1 (10346-MM01, 1 µg/test), then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody.
