Golgi were targeted with mouse anti-golgin primary antibody (A21270), stained with Qdot® 655 GAM secondary Ab (Q11022MP) and counter stained with ActinRed™ 555 (R37112) and NucBlue® Fixed Cell (R37606) ReadyProbes™ reagent. Images were collected on an upright epi-fluorescence microscope.
