Tubulin was targeted with mouse anti-a-tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody, biotin-XX conjugate (A21371) and stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 GAM secondary Ab (A11001). Cells were counter-stained with NucRed™ Dead 647 ReadyProbes™ reagent (R37113) and dehydrated in EtOH/toluene. Slides were mounted in CytoSeal 60. Images were collected on an upright epi-fluorescence microscope.
