In addition to the release of the Tali® Cell Cycle Kit a corresponding software upgrade is now available for the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer. Included in this software upgrade is the ability to precisely select the location of the fluorescent thresholds and to zoom into the region of interest by adjusting the X-axis; both of which are necessary to perform an accurate cell cycle analysis.
