Jurkat cells were treated with increasing concentrations of nocodazole to induce G2 arrest. The cells were fixed by addition of ice-cold 70% ethanol. After overnight incubation an aliquot of the Tali® Cell Cycle reagent was added to the cells and the mixture was incubated in the dark for 30 minutes at room temperature. A 25 µl aliquot was analyzed by using the cell cycle application on the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer.
