hiPSCs cultured under feeder-free conditions in StemPro® hESC Medium (Cat #A1000701) were fixed and permed using Image-IT® Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (Cat #R37602). Cells were stained using rabbit anti-Oct4 primary antibody with Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit (Cat #A11034), mouse anti-beta-tubulin (Cat #322600) with Alexa Fluor® 594 goat anti-mouse (Cat #A11005) and NucBlue™ Fixed Cell Stain (Cat #R37606). Following staining, slides were mounted in ProLong® Gold Antifade reagent (P36934).
