Terrific Broth

INTENDED USE: A buffered, enriched medium to obtain high yields of plasmid DNA from transformed E. coli (1). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Suspend 47 g in 1 L of demineralized water. Add 4 ml of glycerol. Autoclave for 15 min at 121°C. RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITION: 15°C TO 30°C.
