Cytotoxic T cell line (CD8+) SubCulturing: Subculture actively growing suspension cultures before they the reached 1 X 10 exp5 cell/ml. Use inoculation densities of 100 to 1000 cells/ml. Do not allow cells to exceed 1 X 10 exp5 cells/ml or IL-2 will be rapidly depleted and the cells will quickly lose viability. SplitRatio: Subcultivation ratios of 1:100 to 1:1000 are recommended
