Custom Lyophilized Assays provide the ultimate in real-time PCR convenience and performance. Assays are provided in 8-well strips or 96-well plates in a ready-to-use format. Simply add your RNA or DNA target and place in your real-time PCR instrument.

Each lyophilized pellet includes both PCR primers and probes, and Applied Biosystems® PCR Master Mix. No pre-mixing of reagents is required. Because these reagents are formulated to be resistant to PCR inhibitors and include an internal positive control, they provide enhanced data integrity and reliability.
