How do I get replacements?
Just contact Technical Support in your region within 12 months of assay delivery and the support representative will be happy to work with you to provide replacements or credit of the purchase prices for such assay as needed. You may be asked to provide experiment data for evaluation in some instances.
What do I need to do to qualify?
You are automatically qualified when you buy any of the products included in the program subject to the TaqMan® Assay QPCR Guarantee Terms and Conditions. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
What products are covered?
All TaqMan® Assay products except Custom TaqMan® Assays and TaqMan®-based OpenArray® products are included in the program. If and when you come across any issues with TaqMan® Array Plates or Cards, individual assays may be replaced in tubes rather than replacing the entire plate or card. This is evaluated on a case by case basis.
How do I know whether the issue is with my sample?
It may be the case that you are not getting expected results due to issues with your sample (such as sample purity or contamination). Our expert technical support staff can help identify such issues.
How long is the program valid for?
There is no end date for the TaqMan® QPCR Guarantee Program. We are confident in the performance of TaqMan® Assays and want you to also have peace of mind when you buy TaqMan® Assays. Life Technologies reserves the right to modify or end the program any time.
