A critical component of gene expression research is achieving robust cDNA synthesis. Suboptimal reverse transcriptase reactions can lead to low yields of cDNA or truncated cDNA. Choosing the correct reverse transcriptase (RT) for cDNA synthesis is critical to obtaining high yields of quality full length cDNA that accurately represents the input RNA.
