•  Perform cell cycle analysis by quantifying the number of propidium iodide (PI)–stained cells in each phase of the cell cycle, and then analyzing the data using any flow cytometry modeling software
• Fine-tune fluorescence thresholds by simply touching the threshold bar, which brings up a keypad that allows you to input the exact threshold value
• Adjust the x-axis and expand or zoom in on the region you are interested in, making it easier to identify weakly fluorescent cells
• Reduce user-to-user variability with the Tali® cytometer’s auto-alignment capability, which enables you to collect more consistent data

This major revision of the Tali® cytometer firmware (version 2.0) is ready for download and installation on our website, where you can also learn more about the Tali® Image-Based Cytometer and the Tali® reagents and kits, as well as request a demonstration.
