2. Click on BLOCK-iT™ RNAi Designer

3.Select Target Design Option (product type)

4. Input target sequence information: Accession number or nucleotide sequence

5. Select design options: Start with default. Increase G/C range if necessary. Finally, include UTRs as a last option.

6. Click “RNAi Design” button

7. Select designs using check boxes

Recommendation: Select top 2 or 3 Star Rankings to take advantage of guarantees for Stealth™ RNAi, siRNA, and miR RNAi vectors.

Note: Star Rankings are relative- all designs displayed are likely to be effective!

8. Click “Continue” button

9. Check boxes to order scrambled negative controls, if desired.

10. Option 1: Click “Go to Order Form” button to order online

Option 2: Click “Download RNAi Oligo Sequences to Excel Sheet” button for ordering via email or fax.
