miRNA Database

The NCode™ miRNA Database is a searchable online database of probe sequences. It is populated with the latest information from the Sanger Institute miRBase (release 10.0) sequence database, as well as information specific to NCode™ sequences.

To begin a search for probe-specific information for the NCode™ Multi-Species miRNA Microarray or the NCode™ Human miRNA Microarray, select "Search for Probe and miRNA" or "Browse Entire Collection." In addition, visit DNA Oligonucleotides to order Invitrogen™ qRT-PCR primer sequences. A recommended qRT-PCR primer sequence is specified for each miRNA and can be directly ordered from the database. Please note that these sequences are recommended but not all have been validated.
