Nature Protocols: Highly Efficient Neural Crest Differentiation

Life Technologies gives you easy access to 70-plus proven protocols, 2,500-plus peer-reviewed publications, how-to videos, and webinars from leaders in the stem cell community. And we are continually adding resources to help support your research.

This recent paper1 published in Nature Protocols by the laboratory of Stephen Dalton at the University of Georgia describes how to reprogram patient fibroblasts to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using the CytoTune®-iPS Reprogramming Kit, and then differentiate the iPSCs to neural crest stem cells in about 15 days using fully defined, feeder-free conditions.

Stem cell experts from Life Technologies are here to support you. You can talk to one of them about how our products can be used synergistically to support your stem cell research. Talk to a stem cell expert >
