Stem Cell Genomic Analysis

 

Stem cells are most often identified on the basis of their marker expression. DNA-based methods for the identification of cell lines, assessment of genomic stability, full genome analysis, and detection of adventitious organisms can be applied to stem cells. TaqMan® Arrays can be used to simultaneously analyze the expression levels of 96 genes by quantitative PCR, while the OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Platform can process hundreds to thousands of samples per day.
