Platform Description of Protocol
Tecan

Using this protocol for SOLiD® 4 fragment express library construction, up to 24 library samples can be prepared simultaneously on the Tecan Freedom EVO® 75 liquid handling system. Compatible with barcodes, consumables and system as described.
