| Sample Preparation Products Invitrogen’s resins are suitable for purification and fractionation of proteins and antibodies using column or magnetic bead chromatography or immunoprecipitation methods. A wide array of products are available as both bulk materials as well as part of convenient kits that include purification buffers, columns and antibodies. If your recombinant protein contains the recognition sequence for enterokinase (EnterokinaseMax™), AcTEV™ or SUMO Protease, you may cleave the tag from the fusion protein using the specific protease.
