Just couple your antibody directly to the Dynabeads®, and use the magnet to separate your protein complexes.

All protein binding occurs on the outer surface of the beads, with no inner volume to trap impurities. And there’s no upper size-limit for target binding.

Rapid Kinetics

You don’t need to incubate for very long, and you get very little background binding. Washing by magnetic separation is easy and efficient. 

Now you can isolate your proteins in minutes rather than hours, and you can even identify transient and labile complexes.

Detailed optimization guides are included, and you can easily scale the protocol to match your downstream readout: SDS-PAGE (Commassie / silver stain), Mass Spec, etc.
