 Protein molecular weight standards (in nanograms) were separated on a 12% SDS-polyacrylamide gel and then stained with Coomassie® Fluor Orange protein gel stain. Staining was detected using a UV transilluminator and Polaroid film. The image was scanned and the colors were digitally reversed.
