PowerEase® 500 Power Supply

The PowerEase® 500 Power Supply is designed specifically for mini-gel electrophoresis. It offers extensive programming capabilities, including 8 preset and 4 custom methods for you to set to your own preferences. The simple, intuitive PowerEase® interface is faster and easier to use than traditional “dial-in” power supplies.  In addition, the PowerEase® 500 features:

• Constant voltage, current, or power settings
• Buffer temperature monitoring capability
• Real-time program editing
• Compatibility with most printers using a parallel port

The PowerEase® 500 Power Supply is designed around the single gel concept: you need to think only about the electrical parameters and limits for a single gel.

ZOOM® Dual Power Supply

The ZOOM® Dual Power Supply is a microprocessor-controlled programmable power supply capable of running both high-voltage/low-current and high-current/low-voltage applications concurrently.

• The high-voltage/low-current section is ideal for sample fractionation, IPG strips, IEF, and DNA sequencing applications.
• The low-voltage/high-current section is for SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, second-dimension SDS-PAGE, DNA/RNA electrophoresis, and blotting applications.

Four sets of output jacks on each side of the unit allow for multiple apparatuses to run simultaneously, offering greater workflow efficiency and higher sample throughput.

DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying System

For even, crack-free drying of mini-gels, the DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying System is a simple-to-use kit that dries gels evenly, using passive evaporation.  Gels dried with this system are suitable for fluorography, densitometry, autoradiography, or permanent gel storage.

Each DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying System contains the following components:

• 2-DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying Frames (includes 2 frames + 8 clamps)
• 1-DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying Base
• 200-DryEase® Mini Cellophane precut sheets
• 500 mL Gel-Dry™ Drying Solution

Large Gel Drying Kit

The Large Gel Drying Kit provides the same even, crack-free gel drying seen with the DryEase® Mini-Gel Drying System but is designed to accommodate larger gels or 4 mini-gels. A base for the for system is not required.

Each Large Gel Drying Kit contains the following components:

• 1-DryEase® Large Gel Drying Frame  (includes 8 clamps)
• 100-DryEase® Large Cellophane precut sheets
• 500 mL Gel-Dry™ Drying Solution
