ProtoArray® Antibody Specificity Profiling Service

The Invitrogen™ ProtoArray® Antibody Specificity Profiling Service provides you with a fast, cost-effective way to profile the cross-reactivity of your monoclonal or polyclonal antibody against more than 9,000 human proteins purified from our baculovirus-based expression system. Antibody samples are profiled at two concentrations on ProtoArray® slides and detected using an appropriate secondary antibody. A complete report describing the identities of the cross-reacting proteins is provided in approximately 4–6 weeks.

ProtoArray® Immune Response Biomarker Profiling Service

The Invitrogen™ ProtoArray® Immune Response Biomarker Profiling Service can rapidly profile from 10 to over 100 serum samples for immunoreactivity to more than 9,000 human proteins that have been purified from our baculovirus-based expression system. A complete report detailing the profiling experiment, results, and population statistics will be delivered to you in approximately 4–6 weeks.

Protein-Protein Interaction Service

The Invitrogen™ ProtoArray® Protein–Protein Interaction Service can rapidly characterize one protein of interest in an in vitro protein–protein interaction assay using ProtoArray® microarrays that contain more than 9,000 human proteins spotted in duplicate. ProtoArray® microarrays are probed at two protein concentrations, using a total of two microarrays. Protein interactions are detected using the appropriate detection reagent. The choice of detection reagent depends on whether the protein is biotinylated or has an epitope-tag. A comprehensive project report that includes all data about interacting and non-interacting proteins, and positive and negative controls for the assay is delivered to you in approximately 4–6 weeks.

Small Molecule Profiling Service

The Invitrogen™ ProtoArray® Small Molecule Profiling Service can rapidly profile one biotinylated, fluorescently-labeled, or radiolabeled small molecule (SM) of interest using a ProtoArray® microarray that contains more than 9,000 human proteins spotted in duplicate. ProtoArray® microarrays are probed with two protein concentrations in duplicate.
