The Invitrogen™ ProtoArray® Protein–Protein Interaction Service can rapidly characterize one protein of interest in an in vitro protein–protein interaction assay using ProtoArray® microarrays that contain more than 9,000 human proteins spotted in duplicate. ProtoArray® microarrays are probed at two protein concentrations. Protein interactions are detected using the appropriate detection reagent. The choice of detection reagent depends on whether the protein is biotinylated or has an epitope-tag. A comprehensive project report that includes all data about interacting and non-interacting proteins, and positive and negative controls for the assay is delivered to you in approximately 4 weeks.
