The Spectral Calibration Kits contain pure dye standards; the real-time PCR system collects the pure spectra information from the standards. The system's application algorithm then uses this calibration information to help ensure accurate data analysis. The TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plates are pre-loaded with real-time PCR reagents and the TaqMan® Assay for the single-copy RNase P gene. Use the plates to verify performance of your Applied Biosystems® real-time PCR system.
