Mutation Detection Analysis Using TaqMan® Assays
Detect and measure somatic mutations in genes that are associated with cancer. These research use only assays are powered by competitive allele-specific TaqMan® PCR (castPCR™) technology. castPCR™ technology is highly specific and sensitive, and can detect rare amounts of mutated DNA in a sample that contains large amounts of normal, wild type DNA. These assays are compatible with different sample types, such as cell lines, FFPE tissue samples, and fresh frozen tissue samples. |
Assay Search Tool:
Our current assay set contains 778 assays to key mutation targets in 46 cancer genes. Mutant allele assays and corresponding gene reference assays are available to perform mutation detection experiments. Learn more about how the TaqMan® Mutation Detection Assays work.
