Custom TaqMan® Array Plates

TaqMan® Plates are a cost-effective and convenient 96-well format for TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays. Customize any of the plate formats with dried-down TaqMan® Assays by assigning each a specific well location to fit your experimental design. The flexibility enables an efficient means to screen biological samples for the presence and amount of specified gene targets expressed in human, mouse, rat, canine, and rhesus species using real-time PCR (qPCR).

Simple to Customize

It’s easy to design a TaqMan® Array Plate with the assays you want, in the arrangement you need. Just initiate a plate order, and choose from over 50,000 inventoried human, mouse, rat, canine, and rhesus macaque assays. You can select from five plate formats—single assays, or assays in duplicate or triplicate.

Adding Controls

18S can be chosen as a control for human, mouse and rat assays. GAPDH can only be chosen as a control for human assays. All TaqMan® Array Plate Plus* formats include three human endogenous control genes: GAPDH, HPRT, and GUSB, which are expressed at relatively abundant levels across numerous tissues (based on in-house research). TaqMan® Array Plate Plus* formats should only be used for experiments with human assays, not any other species.
