High Fidelity PCR Enzymes

High fidelity PCR, or low error rate, is required in applications where sequence accuracy is crucial. To obtain high fidelity, proofreading enzymes with 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity, such as Platinum® Taq High Fidelity are included in our PCR mixes. We offer a range of products to give you the fidelity you need for your applications. To make it easy to choose your product, we suggest to first choose based on your need for fidelity, then on the target length. If your application also calls for additional specificity, then we recommend one of the AccuPrime™ products.
