Cells-to-CT™ Kits take you from cultured cells to real-time PCR results with the fastest, easiest, and most robust workflows available today. A breakthrough cell lysis and RNA stabilization technology completely eliminates the need for RNA purification. Because samples can be processed directly in culture plates (96- or 384-well), sample handling and the potential for sample loss or transfer error are minimized, resulting in higher reproducibility. However, Cells-to-CT™ Kits don’t stop at sample preparation. They integrate the lysis technology into complete, optimized expression workflows that include reverse transcription reagents and high performance TaqMan® or SYBR® Green-based Master Mixes.

All components of the Cells-to-CT™ Kits have been optimized for consistent and reliable performance, which removes the guesswork involved in assembling separate RNA purification, RT, and qRT-PCR kits. All Cells-to-CT™ Kits have been validated with hundreds of primer sets or TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays with diverse gene expression levels for added quality assurance.

To determine optimal performance for your particular experimental conditions, the TaqMan® and SYBR® Green  Cells-to-CT™ Control Kits are available. Amplification of β-actin functions as an endogenous control for normalization, and ensures that the lysis reaction contains a sufficient number of cells. Amplification inhibition can be monitored using the included Xeno™ RNA Control.  The kits include Xeno™ RNA Control, and Xeno™ RNA Control and β-actin TaqMan® Assays or primer sets.
