DNA Microarrays

Exonic evidence-based oligonucleotide DNA microarray probe sets designed by the Pat Brown laboratory.

We offer pre-designed and/or validated primers, primer/probe sets, and other oligos for a wide variety of applications, including PCR-based applications (real-time PCR, RT-PCR, and endpoint PCR), RNAi analysis, genotyping, cloning, sequencing, and in situ hybridization. For real-time PCR, we offer Applied Biosystems® TaqMan® Assays, which are primer and probe sets based on 5’ nuclease chemistry using TaqMan® MGB probes. TaqMan® Assays are available for real-time PCR-based gene expression and miRNA analysis, as well as for genotyping applications such as SNP and CNV. Our RNAi oligo offerings include siRNA, RNAi libraries, and miR oligos, as well as miRNA precursors and inhibitors for miRNA functional analysis.
