Unprecedented Gene Expression Analysis
The Arcturus® Paradise® PLUS FFPE RNA Isolation Kit enables unprecedented gene expression analysis of millions of previously inaccessible samples by unlocking RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. Amplify as little as 5 ng of the isolated fixed RNA using reagents and methods that have been specially optimized to overcome the challenges of cross-linked FFPE templates (Figure 1).

The Paradise® PLUS Reagent System is validated as part of the Arcturus® System for Microgenomics®, an integrated solution for utilizing small quantities of RNA for gene expression analysis, and features the ArcturusXT™ Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) Instrument to prepare pure cell populations.
