Assay Set-Up Requirements
A LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay requires three primary components: a kinase protein, a kinase tracer, and a europium-labeled antibody. The table below lists the recommended components to build a binding assay for your kinase of interest.
The components required to run the binding assay are:
The components required to run the binding assay are:
- a kinase protein - This table lists kinases that are sold by Invitrogen and which have been tested and validated thoroughly with this assay format.
- a kinase tracer - There are three kinase tracers available for this assay format suitable for over 200 kinase assays. This table lists the Invitrogen recommended tracer for your kinase of interest, based on our validation experiments.
- a europium-labeled antibody - The assays listed in the table below have been validated with one of two europium antibodies. This table lists the Invitrogen recommended eu-antibody for your kinase of interest.
- a kinase buffer - for all LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assays, the recommended buffer is 5X Kinase Buffer A.
How to Purchase your Assay Components
- Use the table below to identify the components requires for your assay and/or view the kinase-specific detailed protocols for your target.
- Identify the product skus in the "ordering information" column and add the desired skus to your cart by using the ordering links below.
*Note - Assay conditions vary depending on your kinase. To determine the reagent requirements you will need for your assay, review page 2 of the detailed protocol.
