New LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assays
The LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay is an easy to optimize kinase assay for screening and multiple downstream application. This modular assay format has been validated for use with over 300 kinase targets.
Newly launched tracers – These new tracers were specifically designed for Class I lipid kinases and mTOR (FRAP1) to create the simplest assay for lipid kinases. The two new tracers also enable assays for some new tyrosine kinases including ABL1.
Newly launched Biotin anti-His Tag Antibody – This antibody, when used in conjunction with Eu-Streptavidin, can be used within the LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay format to improve assay windows for many His-tagged kinases. Over 50 kinase targets have been tested and validated using the Biotin anti-His / Eu-Streptavidin approach.

New LanthaScreen® TR-FRET Competitive Binding Assays for ERalpha, ERbeta, and GR
The LanthaScreen® TR-FRET Competitive Binding Assay format is a simple and sensitive assay format for the study of nuclear receptors. Compared to traditional methods, these assays are more sensitive than FP assays (requiring less receptor to be used) and because they are fluorescence based, require no radioactive ligands.
