Kinase Biology
New kinase proteins available
DDR1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by collagen and is reported to regulate adhesion, cell migration and other cellular processes. This kinase is validated in the LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay.
ACVR2B is a type II member of the TGF-beta family of receptor ser/thr kinases and is involved in the activin and myostatin signaling pathway. This kinase is validated in the LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay.
LRRK2 is a multidomain protein that includes a kinase domain, a GTPase domain, and a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain. Certain mutations (e.g. I2020T, G2019S, and R1441C) in this gene have been associated with Parkinson's disease. D1994A is an artificial mutation that renders the kinase catalytically inactive and thus serves as a useful control for activity assays, especially when testing novel substrates.

Kinase Biology
New kinase proteins available
The Map kinase-interacting kinases (MKNK1 and MKNK2) are activated by Map kinases, regulate protein synthesis by phosphroylating eIF4E on Ser209, and may contribute to tumorigenesis. This kinase is validated using the Adapta® assay.
BMPR1A is a Type I member of the TGF beta receptor superfamily of transmembrance ser/thr kinases which in response to bone morphogenic proteins phosphorylates intracellular SMADs. This kinase is validated with the LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay.
