Through high-affinity antibodies attached to the surface of magnetic Dynabeads®—known as immunomagnetic separation (IMS) technology—a valuable means to isolate specific biological entities from complex matrices is provided for your work!  Their use in sample preparation greatly improves the speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility of microbial analysis.  Dynabeads® IMS food products have been designed for both manual and automated separation of the specific target organism.
Product Applications
Dynabeads® MAX E.coli 0157 kit
For the selective capture and concentration of E.coli O157:H7 directly from pre-enrichment, water, or environmental samples. Sample preparation designed for PCR analysis and plating culture or ELISA–based assays. Can be automated using the BeadRetriever™ System or performed manually.
Dynabeads® anti-E.coli 0157
For the selective capture and concentration of E.coli O157:H7 directly from pre-enrichment, water, or environmental samples. Sample preparation designed for plating culture or ELISA–based assays. Can be automated using the BeadRetriever™ System or performed manually.
Dynabeads® anti-Listeria
For the selective capture and concentration of Listeria directly from pre-enrichment samples.  Sample preparation designed for plating culture, ELISA, or PCR–based assays. Can be automated using the BeadRetriever™ System or performed manually.

BeadRetriever™ Bench-top instrument to perform automated Immunomagnetic Separation (IMS). Pre-programmed to run auto-IMS with Dynabeads® . Protocols provided for the capture of Cryptosporidium, E.Coli 0157, EPEC/VTEC, Giardia, Legionella, Listeria and Salmonella. Processes 15 1ml test samples in 20 minutes. After auto-IMS, processed samples can be used in any detection method.

CT-Supplement CT Supplement is added to standard Sorbitol MacConkey media (SMAC) to form CT-SMAC. CT-SMAC selects for E.coli 0157 after IMS.
