The SPoT-Light® CISH Hybridizer is an easy-to-use instrument that automates the denaturation and hybridization steps involved in chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH) procedures (Figure 1). The programmable SPoT-Light® CISH Hybridizer reduces hands-on time by more than 50% and provides walk-away convenience that saves you valuable time.
Flexible Use
The SPoT-Light® CISH Hybridizer is “user-tolerant” and flexible to use. The lid seals tightly when closed, providing optimal chamber humidity so sample specimens do not dry out. Load 12 slides or just one at a time. The SPoT-Light® CISH Hybridizer maintains uniform and accurate consistency across all slide positions, at all times. Slides can be easily added or removed with just one hand using the convenient built-in slide guides.
