Individual, personalized technical support for Vector NTI® software requires a paid annual Bioinformatics Technical Support Contract. Vector NTI® Advanced Support Program for Vector NTI® Advance and Vector NTI® Express Contracts also include free product upgrades of the Vector NTI® software.
