SuperScript® hEC Cell Line History and Characteristics

  • Two human embryonal carcinoma cell lines, NTera2 and 2102Ep, were used to make the SuperScript® hEC Stem Cell cDNA Libraries.
  • The hEC cell lines were cultured in D-MEM with 10% FBS.
  • The Immuno markers and other hEC cell line characteristics 3,4,5,6 are summarized in Table 1.
