A 5-minute, room-temperature reaction requires no gel purification or post-PCR modifications and yields up to 95% recombinants. TOPO® cloning kits are available for general subcloning, long PCR fragments, in vitro transcription, and sequencing. They are also available for expression in E. coli, mammalian cells, and entry into the Gateway® expression system.
