Cell Tracing

Invitrogen offers Molecular Probes® fluorescent stains and probes for short- and long-term tracing in fixable and nonfixable cell samples. Many stains are fluorogenic; all come in a variety of colors and are easy to use.

Neuronal Tracing

Axonal pathways can be labeled either in live tissue with microinjected fluorescent beads, or in fixed tissue with lipophilic dyes that diffuse throughout all the projections of given cells. Additional products found here can label myelin tracks along with neuronal somas with Nissl body stains.

Microbial Tracking
