Primary Cells
| Primary human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) isolated from either adult skin or neonatal foreskin. Available either as proliferating secondary cultures or cryopreserved at >500,000 cells/vial at the end of primary culture with greater than 70% viability and capable of at least 12 (adult) or 16 (neonatal) population doublings. |
