Transfecting Plasmid DNA into Mammalian Cells using Lipofectamine™ LTX

Cell-type Specific Transfection Protocols (* With the exception of CHO-K1, HeLa-S3, HEK 293, and MCF-7 cells, We found that the use of Plus Reagent (Cat# 11514-015) together with Lipofectamine LTX further enhanced transfection in the rest of the cell lines.
