Protein Expression Medium (PEM)

Protein Expression Medium (PEM) is an animal-origin-free medium recommended for the growth of transfected PER.C6® cells for the production of recombinant proteins. Supplementation with L-glutamine or GlutaMAX™-I Supplement is required. Each lot of PEM is tested for performance in cell culture.
