Reagent Selection Guide for Attune® Cyometer
The Attune® Acoustic Focusing Flow Cytometer comes equipped with 488 nm (20 mW) and a 405 nm (50 mW) or a 637 nm (50 mW) laser. This configuration allows up to six-color analysis in addition to forward and side scatter data collection and absolute cell counts, without the need for counting beads. Combined with the power of Molecular Probes® reagents, the Attune® Acoustic Focusing Cytometer is ideal for many cell analysis research protocols. |
